The Wayne Township Trustees of Butler County, Ohio are requesting proposals for a new 4WD Tractor w/ Enclosed Cab and Arm Mower Attachment. Interested parties should submit one (1) copy of their fully completed and signed proposal along with all required documentation, in a sealed envelope marked “CONFIDENTIAL: Proposal for New 4WD Tractor w/ Enclosed Cab and Arm Mower Attachment” to the Wayne Township Administration Building at 5967 Jacksonburg Rd. Trenton, Ohio 45067 on or before Friday, October 15th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. (eastern daylight time).
Copies of the Request for Proposal may be obtained from the Wayne Township Road Maintenance Building located at 4570 Oxford Middletown Rd. The Township reserves the right to cancel the Request for Proposals, accept or reject any or all Proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities in any Proposal, and/or accept any proposal considered most advantageous and beneficial to the Township. Proposals will become public information after bids are opened at the Wayne Township Monthly Public Meeting at 7:00 P.M.
